How do I get what I bought?

Write your Minecraft name in the message box on Ko-fi when you pay. The server reads it and hands the item out by itself, usually in under a minute. If you're offline, it's delivered the next time you join.

I forgot my name, or typed it wrong.

Nothing is lost — the order waits for staff. Open a ticket on Discord with your Ko-fi receipt and we'll move it to the right account.

Can I buy something for a friend?

Yes. Put their Minecraft name in the message box instead of yours. They need to have joined play.atombox.fun at least once.

Do ranks or cosmetics expire?

No. Everything on this page is a one-time payment and stays on your account.

Is paying safe?

Payments are handled by Ko-fi and PayPal, so your card or PayPal login never touches AtomBox. You get a receipt from them by email.

Refunds

Items are delivered straight away, so purchases are final. If something didn't arrive or doesn't work, we'll fix it. A chargeback removes what was bought.
